ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our Commercial Partnerships team. This role will be responsible for managing key partner accounts, delivering on contractual rights, and ensuring world-class service for our sponsors, licensees, and commercial stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of experience in sports marketing, brand partnerships, or account management, preferably with athletic brands and/or Fortune 500 companies, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.

Location: | Onsite in Foxborough, MA with frequent local travel and occasional regional travel. |
Type/Term: | Exempt, full-time, 40hrs/wk. through late Summer - early Fall 2026 when position would end. Hours will increase around tournament time. Must be comfortable with the potential of working occasional nights and/or weekends if required (but not a standard). |
Applicant Eligibility: | Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa or sponsorship, and must be within reasonable commuting distance of Foxborough, MA. |
Reports to: | Associate Vice President of Commercial Partnerships |
Salary Range: | $70,000 - $90,000; depending on experience |
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned partners, ensuring seamless communication and relationship management.
- Manage the delivery of partner rights and assets, including branding, hospitality, digital activations, and on-site experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, hospitality, legal, and communications) to execute partnership programs.
- Develop and implement activation strategies that align partner objectives with the FIFA World Cup 2026™ vision.
- Track, monitor, and report on partner deliverables and campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
- Support the development of case studies and recaps for partners, highlighting ROI and partnership impact.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and enhance partnerships through creative activations and new commercial initiatives.
- Ensure all activities align with FIFA’s brand guidelines, compliance standards, and event policies.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 5–7 years of experience in account management, sponsorship, sales, marketing, VIP & event logistics, or related fields, ideally with athletic brands, government, or Fortune 500 companies.
- Proven track record in managing high-value client relationships and delivering measurable results.
- Strong understanding of sports and entertainment marketing, sponsorship activation, and event management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
WORK EXPECTATIONS:
- Full-time, onsite, 40hr per week role that may require occasional evening and weekend work. Local and regional travel is expected on occasion.
- This role is estimated to conclude in late Summer / early Fall of 2026.
